I just visited this office, after finding Dr. Su via Google/Yelp. I am thrilled to have discovered him! I called, assuming I’d be squeezed in within a few weeks. But, to my surprise, I was seen within a few hours! I spoke with Brittany, and she was kind, competent, accommodating, and her smile came through the phone. I arrived to a beautiful/clean office, with spectacular wood flooring, bright lighting, and crisp decor. I was first seen by a nurse, Alisha, and immediately liked her. She was friendly, humorous, and a pleasure. I then met Dr. Su and immediately knew I was in the right place. He was welcoming, he was a master of his trade, and he put me at ease quickly.
Dr. Su has a gentle hand, and I didn’t feel a thing during the entire procedure. (Mole removal on the left/base of my nose.) I am 100% satisfied with my visit, and am grateful to have found such a dermatologist. I highly recommend this office and look forward to my next visit! Thank you, Dr. Su and staff.

I am 46 years old and never had to see a dermatologist before. I had a major breakout and Dr. Su took care of me and put my worries at ease. I then had a suspicious mole removed and again, no worries. I make the pilgrimage from Eastvale just to see him and his friendly staff. The new office is beautiful and I just could not be happier with the excellent care I receive from them all! I can’t recommend Verdugo Dermatology enough!!

I am new to the area and searched far and wide for a well-rated doctor that could take care of a cyst I had on my lip. I am currently in RN school and had limited time to take care of these issues. I didn’t really want to go to a consultation, then again for a procedure, then again for a follow up.. but I needed it removed ASAP!
I finally came upon Verdugo Derm and decided I would give it a try. I made an appointment with Dr. Chang. I was MORE than impressed!!!! The front staff was very nice and got me in right away. Dr. Chang was so sweet. Explained everything to me, gave me multiple options on what I could do. She even took care of my procedure THE DAY OF! And I didn’t even need to make a follow up appointment – “Just call me if you have any problems” Dr. Chang was very personable and gentle!!!! I would definitely come to her again. Id drive the distance for her. Thanks Dr. Chang!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve never seen a dermatologist , so I did my research before coming in I read reviews about Dr.Su so I gave him a try and I must say that I am very happy his such a great doctor he explained to me everything I’ve been dealing with hair thinning for the last couple of years he gave me confidence and he ordered some blood work I need to follow up with him in 3 months looking forward it! His office is really nice and clean , his staff is very friendly , for being a first time patient didn’t have to fill out a lot of forms and the waiting time was nothing ! Happy because I found my new dermatologist I will definitely recommend Dr.Su

Dr. Thomas Su is truly passionate and puts forth his full energy and determination in order to ensure that you are satisfied. Dr. Su really takes the time to listen to your concerns and does not rush with his patients, which is very rare in our money hungry medical world today. The staff is very friendly and immediately welcomes you warmly when you walk in. The office is also very clean and up to date, which is a huge plus! Highly highly recommend!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Su for a few years now. I’ve been to a few dermatologist for my acne and sensitive skin. He is by far the best dermatologist. He is very knowledgeable and very good at explaining things. He takes his time and listens.
His office is very clean and the equipment is nice and new. His staff is phenomenal and very helpful. I had some complications with my insurance company, but the staff was great and kept me up to date and handled it all so I didn’t have to spend hours with the insurance company. They even went as far to find the right pharmacy near me that carried the medications I needed.
I live in orange county, but make the 1+ hour commute to see him. I would highly recommend him to anyone. In fact my entire family, parents, wife and now baby daughter see him. My baby daughter unfortunately has my sensitive skin so she had some bad eczema. Fortunately, Dr. Su was able to help. She had a hard time sleeping due to her skin issues when she was born, but with Dr. Su’s advice

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The office was very clean. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Verdugo Dermatology (more specifically, Dr. Su) to everyone.

Everyone in this office was so kind and thorough, it was a fantastic experience. From arriving and filling out paperwork to making a follow up appointment at the end, the front desk was always professional and patient. And Dr. Chang was awesome – excellent at what she does and truly knowledgeable in her field. Most medical appointments are a pain, but this was one of the easiest I’ve ever been to. Free parking, amazing staff, and comprehensive medical services. Will be going back!

This is the best dermatology office in the area. Dr. Su actually cares about his patients and addresses all your concerns. The office staff here are friendly, efficient, and prompt for your scheduled appointment. It is evident that they not only run this place as a doctor’s office but as a business as well where customers(patients) are valued. They perform cosmetic procedures as well here. I had to visit Dr. Su at his past offices (Pasadena & Glendale) and now here but going to whichever location is worthwhile for good skin and someone that is knowledgeable in dermatology. I’ve been to Pasadena dermatology as well, which is very reputable but they just don’t seem to care to go the extra mile. I had to contact their office multiple times to address an adverse reaction from a medication given to me. The only suggestion is that if you need to make an appointment, make it in advance, this practice has a lot of new and returning patients.
